I'll take a wild guess and say in Mike's shop. I could be wrong though.

I thought I had read somewhere that they were produced overseas under Mike's supervision using his specifications and design. I don't think they are made in his shop like his custom cues are. Regardless, I have an Orange Crusher and it's an awesome break cue.
