I have read others have had trouble with cue components charging their account twice. I was wondering how you got this worked out.
I was check my statement and noticed they charged my account twice for a order I placed yesterday.

I had the same thing happen to me. The charge fell off after a couple days. Atlas used to be the same way until they fixed their system. You could call Joe and see if he can get it off for you...Dave

when you use credit card , they may test one , but not charge

I ordered from Cuecomponents many times, they are nice

this is a mojor problem with them. Joe will do nothing to help. Only if yelling and cursing counts. Many will not buy from him bc of his buisness practices and attitude. Sometimes product is subpar also. ESP when on ebay. Mainly wood. Do a search you'll find other info on this matter

It looks like they would post information about the billing practices on the website.

It is a crap shoot. I've ordered many things without incident, but when there is a discrepancy, you're on your own.
Joe sells a dipping tank. I thought: I can go down to Lowes and buy the parts for about ten bucks. Joe's tank is about triple that, but hey... it's ready to go and it'll save some time and aggravation. I'd rather be making sawdust. What I received was a piece of pvc tube and a couple of flanges. Still had to go down to Lowes and buy the glue & primer & assemble it. Lesson learned. No time or money saved. Joe adds a little chrome to his harley. I add a few miles to mine.
