Original predator 314 shaft

Hi guys,
New to the thread posting so I apologize for any screw-ups. I am looking to see if anyone can help me. I have one of the original predator 314 shafts with pro taper fit for a 5/16 x 18 pin. Slight bluing from play by beginner level players. I have not taken much time to try and clean it as of yet. Should clean up nicely though. Any ideas on the worth of this shaft? Rolls straight and no marks that I can find.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Pre-cat like this 150-175 Although I have sold one with that pin for 125

must not be quite as old as I was thinking. I know it is not a 314-2 but I believe it does have the cat on it. Does this change the value any?

count the sections. very early predator shafts were constructed with either 8 or 12 pieces before they settled on the current 10 piece lamination. the 8 and 12 piece 314s tend to be valued higher as they are more rare.

For a strait shaft between 12.5mm-12.75mm of the 10 piece construction;
precat and cat 314 shafts tend to run in the $120-$130 range and the 314-2 run in the $150-$160 range.

Sorry guys.....I am fairly new here and still learning about thread postings. I will try to get some pics up of the shaft soon.

Thanks again!
