It's glad to see an up and coming cuemaker experimenting with different and unique wood combinations like you have shown here. Is the joint collar you used purpleheart too? It's looks a little different. Definitely, a one of a kind, eye catching cue. That being said, I'm not sure I would dare have a cue made of these combinations for myself, that's just not my style. I'm sure someone would love it and I bet it's an awesome jumper. Keep up the great work!

yes, joint is purplheart. that's what the guy wanted to do, his choices of woods. i told him i'd give it to him real cheap just because of him buying one of the first jump cues i ever made way back when. made this out scrap pieces that would have prolly just collected dust in my shop. except for the shaft of course. :D
