other games for the poker billiard set?

What games can be played using a set of 16 poker billiard balls? These are the ones that Aramith now makes, not the Crown Games set. Does anyone know any other games for this set? Say maybe Rummy or other ways to play with this set? Any good creative ideas?

I've been thinking of different card games but the mechanics of 52 cards, divided into four suits of 13 cards, versus a 16 ball set, numbered 1-15, plus that double "J" ball, get confusing to adapt to the billiard set.

Rummy might word but you could only do runs. Three of a kind could only work with the J, Q, K, and A balls.

Lowball could easily be adapted since it's just a form of poker were lowest hand wins.

Any one have some ideas to share? There must be someone out there with this set, tired of playing just poker.
 
Anyone ever come up with any variations of card game rules for this set? I'm sure there's gotta be something other then poker that can be done with it. I've been messing with rummy. Very nice, unique set. Expensive set. Would be nice to have other game ideas to use this set with. Lucky I only dropped $100 on it but if you buy it new, it seems to hang about the $150 price range and up.
