Well... we got our team, Our Worst Nightmare, entered at the last minute! Maybe our name should have been "The Procrastinators"!!:eek:

Who all is taking teams to Harker Heights?? If I have a signal, I will be blogging the weekend right here.

I will be there with Cue Tech from Dallas...

I'll also have a laptop and Blackberry that I can connect with...
 
I'll be there for singles and my team is Passion's Eliminators. I'll have a cell phone that I can't connect with but be able to txt message from there. :D

Open Teams: 100+
Womens Singles:60+
Women's Teams: 24 (That's a surprise)

Have to see how it goes. I'll be working it and I can't tell the players to wait while I'm playing you.

Maybe we can get something done.

I'm not thinking about you, I'm thinking about the team play. I'd hate to pull a "Bogart".

Win the ACS State and then go 0-2 at the BCA. Now that would suck, and it would sure tarnish what we did at ACS.

My team will be there - The Dammit Dolls. :) (obviously, we aren't in the Open Team division - lol)

66 tables sounds like a lot, but it still may be a long weekend with all the entries! I am glad to see so many entries!

That's true, but I don't want to be on the other end of "Our Worst Nightmare." Then again, it'd be pretty darn funny if The Dammit Dolls beat Our Worst Nightmare. LOL!

Really, it was worth the $60 to see you bent over so much!!:D ;)

If you girls would just start playing all the open & guys tournaments you could find, your game would benefit. You cannot deny it. You'all's team is certainly qualified to do very well in the open. Instead you will dominate the womens event!;) I have my crystal ball going!!:eek: ;)

I haven't see Eric yet.... I left after I lost my morning match 3-5... the place is awesome, though. Tables everywhere! I play again at 430pm. Hope my game shows up, lol. :p

I finally found Eric! He is still on the winner's side. I won three matches this evening, so I am still in Friday morning.

BigTruck came out and he was playing a mini tournament when I left. The tournament is running very well. I took lots of photos and even though I wont be able to identify most of the people in the photos, I'll try and post them either tomorrow or after the weekend when the teams event is over.

The Trigger has been pulled!!! Melindas' new nick name is "5-0 Triggaro". :D Looks like she's making another run at the finals from the one loss side!!!:eek:

Well Melinda met her match and was only able to make it to three games in her final match of the tournament!:(

Our worst nightmare is primed and ready to go!!! We had one team member that confirmed his position on the deadline date. I sent in all the entry fees and then he changed his mind about going. It's my fault, because the same guy no showed us in league play when we were playing for first place in the last match of the session!

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.....shame on me! :D

We did find a substitute. An even better player that you can actually count on.
