I play a couple of valley leagues. I notice when I'm trying to rack on some tables the 8 ball is bigger than other balls. It's not as bad if it's another ball because you can just move it to the back of the rack. But the 8 ball has to stay in the middle. So you can't get the front 6 balls all frozen. With a tight rack I can normally make the second balls in the side pocket.
I'm guessing someone stole the 8 ball and they replaced it with a cheap version that is larger than the normal 8 ball on the aramith premier sets. You can also tell that it's not as shiny as the rest of the set.
I'd like to purchase one of these oversized 8 balls so I can figure out how to break with these things. Anyone know where to buy one?
