Table is in excellent condition. Included with sale: Ball set, 8 and 9 ball racks and 2 brushes that all match the wood color of the table. Has 3 very small wear marks on felt from breaking (attempted to show in the last pic, but they are so faint it's difficult to make them out and they don't effect play).otherwise it's in GREAT shape. Table is still set up and buyer is responsible for removal/transporting. Located in the Atlanta area. Listed locally. Sold////////
