Has anyone installed these tips? They claim you don't have to prep the Glue side!

Caiden tips are the same, there's a special surface that is supposed to enhance adhesion. I've been installing them without touching the bottom of the tip and so far so good.
I might at least clean them if they don't come in a sealed bag though.
