Palmer custom shop... the day they built a Balabushka

In my over 30 years of cues, I have never seen an intentional Palmer built to look like a Balabushka. Well I would have said one was possible, sure, why not. But to see one and get one... now.. that is a different hog altogether. I do think based on the history learned about Palmer, a bunch of this cue was probably made outsude the Palmer shop. Gus prongs, a prefect seemed wrap, original finish. Nice shafts... This is a gem...

Very nice cue. Joe, do you have an idea of when this cue was made? Or maybe 2nd or 3rd catalogue era?
