My buddy has a Palmer that he bought from the Palmer company in the early eighties. They told him back then it was a Bicentennial cue due to the veneer colors of black, red, blue, white. He would like to know what model ths is and approx. $$$. It has a very curly maple shaft that is original to it. The finish is really good on it, the wrap is not original, and will be going to Ryan for a wrap and some shaft work. The point wood has a curl to it also. Any info is appreciated.
