Hello. I am new to this site and this is my first post. I'm also new to collecting, but have been playing for 45 years. I have just two Palmers, both are from the 3rd catalog... a 16 and a 17. The 16 is a new acquisition and I seem to think - from looking at Chris's `Palmer Collector` site - that the MOP dots are smaller than what's pictured in both the Palmer catalog and examples from Chris's collection... all 64 of them. I guess maybe the scarab is also smaller. Is anyone familiar with an example like that? I'll try to post photos when I'm able to. Thanks! Oh, for those that might have known him from Izzy's, my No. 17 belonged to Joe Srein who was apparently a regular there. Thanks again.
