I bought this Palmer from a neighbor who said it had recently been refinished. I have owned the cue for over a decade and it has been in storage most of the time. The cue rolls straight and has no blemishes at all.
When I decided to sell this cue I contacted a serious Palmer collector to determine the Palmer version. The collector indicated that this Palmer is a top-of-the-line PM-11. The collector is currently looking for older Palmer's and is not as interested in this version.
