Yes it is. There is an almost imperceptible bit of daylight where the butt cap is. I'll get the wobble tomorrow with a dial indicator and post it here. We are having some schitty weather at the moment otherwise I'd go check it for you now

Together it absolutely rolls true but I'll still get you the dial reading

On a PC there is a Sold button at the top left (just above your first post), just click it ;) If you're on a mobile device it may be different.
