Palmer second Catalog Model L

Hello,

I am posting this for the owner of this cue as she knows nothing of pool at all. Her father who reccently passed away had a Customer Palmer Model L from the second catalog. I have verified the model of the cue as it is mistaken for the model 11 at times. The cue has two shafts. 1 is straight 1 is not. Mike Webb exaimed the cue and puts the cue at 70% condition.

Need price and specs on this cue.
Is everything straight, together and apart?
What size are the shafts?
What does each piece weigh?
Are there any issues with the cue like dings, cracks in the inlays/rings?
What is written on the foil in the butt sleeve?
