I have a Patrick Navarro cue that I play with. It hits great. It has a bit of a roll because the wrap and the points aren't flush with the rest of the cue. I know it is made in the Philippines but that is about all I know about it. Any information anyone has about Filipino cue makers or this stick would be great.
