Paul Dayton Hit?

Sure Scratch

Registered
I haven't shot with a lot of custom cues before and I have a Paul Dayton cue with phenolic rings that hits very well for me. What I am wondering is; for those of you who have shot with a Dayton what other big name cues if any compare to the hit of the Dayton? And I have herd Descriptions like "hits hard","good feedback", "Low squirt" how would you describe the feel of the Dayton's you have tried?
Thanks much!

Your question

I have a paul dayton sneaky pete and if I am going to rate the hit of most fine custom cue makers out there compare to him I would rate him somewhere on the top at 9 out of 10. Probably one of the best hitting cues I ever shoot with.

Thanks for the reply m.libre10. Are there any others out there that have an opinion on this subject?

IMO, the hit and feel of a Dayton is more of a medium or softer hit than other custom cues I have played with. The Dayton I have had the opportunity to play with had a radial pin joint and played softer than the SW, Bender, T Wayne and Omen I have also hit.
