Is this builder still active, as friend has been gifted one of Paul’s Cues.

If he is still active, as Cue is in need of repair on one shaft. Please advise contact info.

Search for web-site, etc came up blank.

Thx.

FYI, the reason James White is being recommended is because he learned cue making from Paul Mottey, eventually became partners with Paul for many years in their now joint partnership cue making business together, and then when Paul retired he bought out the rest of Paul's share in the business.

How good were Paul's cues?
I had the opportunity to hit with one. I was impressed by the feel of the cue's hit, the feel in the hand, and its appearance. If I were in the custom market, I'd certainly consider James White.

Well as I said this was question
Only because could not find anything on or about Paul.

Per replies is retired, and friend was offered on as gift ftt try on widow of owner who passed.

Mottey is one of three choices, the other maker is still building.

So I said to guy Mottey is retired, though choice.

How each Cue feels is the question to pick one.

Again thx.
