The AE Schmidt cases were made decades later as far as I know, the first tribute cases. Brunswick had these same cases pictured in their catalogs in the 1930s and beyond. Unless they both contracted out to the same leather shop, which wouldn't surprise me. Very classy style either way.

I can not imagine a better collectible case

Just imagine having a case that both Willie Mosconi and Paul Newman owned
as well as the case that was in the movie "The Hustler"
