Pawn shop pick up, ID help

Any ideas would be great.

6 uneven points of lacewood with black veneers. Weight bolt looks like an old Adam cue weight bolt.

If you only posted the first picture, I would have said Dale Perry. However, the second and third picture show differences that would not be on a Dale Perry cue (Bumper, Joint Pin, Joint Pilot).

I have the same cue I paid one buck for it at a tag sale import hit good

Reminds me very much of the import, unmarked Palmer prototypes that were on eBay a few years back.
