Paypal is down, and appears to be one of several major websites that's been knocked offline. I was hoping to catch the Friday round of Open matches but, that may not be an option today. Let's hope they can get back online ASAP.

How Ironic....our internet as we knew it was given to criminals last week by that chump that calls himself our 'Leader and Chief'. SUckers are doing their best to start WW111 with Russia as we speak about Billiards.

Paypal is definitely down. Multiple major sites have been brought down today and are just now starting to return to normal operating standards. If you're purchasing single day Accu Stats coverage like me, then you can't complete the transaction. Hopefully, they will restore paypal ASAP. I'm looking forward to catching the Friday matches.

The attacks are impacting specific geographic locations. The sites aren't down, your system just can't find the way there. The attacks are targeting DNS. Think of PayPal as a store and DNS as a map. The store still exists but you dont know how to get there. You may be able to reach PayPal by switching to use Google's DNS servers if you need to use PayPal right away.
