Paypal question

I have had a paypal account for quite some time through my credit card but not through my bank account. My question is can I receive money without my paypal account being connected to a bank account? Will it show as a balance and can I then re-send it to others to pay for items? Will it basically be like having money I will never actually see? Please excuse my ignorance on this subject. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That is typically a good problem to have.
If you buy something the funds will just come from the balance in your account.

I don't connect my bank acct. to paypal

The money sets in your acct with paypal and you can request a check at anytime. This has worked well for me. Heading to Sioux City, Ia with the boys tomorrow. I can smell the cheese already LOL.
