Then you should, no way to know if you will like it without trying it. It's like trying to explain what a color looks like or how a food tastes, it will all be different to you than to anyone else. The brand in general is a good one, that's about as far as you can go without playing with one. Maybe if it's a harder or softer hit, but even that depends much on the shaft and tip.
 
They are really popular here with the league players. Good playing cues and not expensive.
 
I have one JP Series and one Pro w/low deflection shaft and IMO they are very nice looking, good playing cues. I do agree with hang-the-9's post regarding personal choice and how that differs from one player to another.
 
The cue pictured is a less expensive cue, but overall a decent playing cue for the. Money! But like all brands as the price increases so does the attention to detail and quality of construction. The OP can't go wrong buying this cue as the price is low enough, the brand image is strong enough, if at a later date you want to upgrade. this cue would be fairly easy to sell to an average League player. I've played with the higher end peaches and never had an issue with any. Can't go wrong!
