Practice time starts at 11:00 AM. The tournament starts at 1PM. I was told by the guy at Billiard Palacade that the entry fee is $40 + $10 green fee and $15 for the memebership fee. Although, the ad in 'On the wire' says the entry fee is $30+$10.. and in the back where it shows all the California tourneys it lists it as a $50+$10 entry. So, somewhere in that ballpark.
