While taking the bottom cover off of the controller to adjust the slow speed setting (Todd Shultz informed me on how to do this, Thanks again Todd ) I left it powered up and the green ground wires to the cover hit the heat sink and fried the controller. Todd was going to lend me one and have a friend take a look at the one I burned to see if it was repairable but Todd thought about asking Penn State what to do. I called this morning and I was honest and said I screwed up and the service dept. fellow said no problem I'll send you one and you put the old one in the box and send it back. Great service when it was my dumba$$ to start with and Todd is first class all the way for all the help and idea's.--Leonard
 
Todd is a great guy, and VERY helpful with these motors. It is good to hear that the Manufacturer has great customer service also. Not enough of that nowadays.
