Sarah,

It was really great to meet you. Unfortunately I did not see any of your matches. We did not arrive until Friday. When you played Maureen there were no seats available near your table.

You are a real sweetheart. It was so nice of you to take time to visit with Kathy and me and all the other AZB folks. We really had a good time.

After this weekend Kathy was so pumped up to play 9-ball she dragged me to the basement about an hour after we got home for a race to 9 :D

Hi Wally,

First...Thank you on behalf of the WPBA and all of the players. You and Cathy were two of the greatest fans, the die hards as I like to call it. I hope you got some great pictures. You will have to send me a copy of the picture of the three of us.

Second...I had a great time hanging out with you, Cathy, and all of the AZbilliards junkies :) I'm glad some of us got to meet and put faces with names. I owe you and Cathy a drink next time we get together.

Third...Hopefully next time you see me play or attempt to see me play, I will have a better tournament.

I hope Cathy didn't beat on you too bad. You better watch out, she is inspired. If she comes home with a pair of white gloves for you to wear while playing...watch out, racking is in your future :)

Thank you guys again. I had a great time. I'm glad you made it home safely.

The WPBA is very fan-friendly. All the players were great. I also noticed the fans were pretty respectful in the manner in which they approached the players too, eevn Jeanette and Allison did not get pestered too badly. Must be that good old Midwest politeness.

I've got a few I can send if they come out good. I should have a good one of you and Melissa too.

Well I am certain you will. We all know the ability you have.

I beat her 9-6. She has never played much 9-ball. Neither have I but I have watched a ton of it. If she listens to my brilliant advice I am sure she will improve dramatically :D

Wally,

I agree, there must be something about the midwest. I don't think I have ever seen such happy, respectful, and excited fans. I know I witnessed alot more autographs being signed at this tournament than any other. To all the fans out there....we really appreciate that and I know I myself and alot of the others are truly flattered when we get to sign so many autographs.

Please be sure to let me know when you get the pictures. I would like some copies.

Thank you for your support. It is much appreciated. You and Cathy both gave me a little lift with your kind words after a tough tournament.

Well, I'm glad you have both started to take a liking to 9ball. Sounds like your instruction helped. But you better watch out still!

Take care,
Sarah

had a great time

Hey, Sarah!

It was great seeing you again. I had a wonderful time again this year at Peoria. I was very sorry to see the balls roll badly for you, but I could see that bad rolls were all that was stopping you. I still expect to see you playing in the TV rounds soon.

Yes, the fans are happy and respectful. What else? The WPBA puts on a great show.

Wally, and whoever else was there...
I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you. Maybe we should use AZ nametags, or something. By the way, we bought the VIP seats, and boy was it worth it! A table, a cushioned seat, and a great view of the action.

See you all next year.
