I headed down to Madison to have a little fun and meet some old friends.

At the same time they had a benefit tourney at Brass Ring. Handicapped with a $15 entry.

The other reason was to teach a little Perfect Aim. Griffin is driving here from the other side of Chicago and I set up another lesson after his at 3:00 Sunday.

I could do one more on Sunday night and if need be I would stay over on Monday if need be.

This is maybe my last little teaching stint before my surgery. Friday they did a final MRI to figure out their plan of attack. After they shave down a disc or 2 and make the holes bigger for the nerves, stenosis, I should be ready to go again real soon. Hopefully nothing needs to be fused. I'm really in the dark until Wed when I meet with the surgeon.

Call me if your in the area or even close. I will drive to your home if its within an hour away or so.

Heck, if I get enough lessons set up I might even stay Tuesday also. Wed. Thursday and Friday. I can talk to the surgeon of the phone. Probably NOT.

Tuesday would be it.

I want to say a special thanks to everyone I have met in my 5 years of traveling and teaching.

The best 5 years of my life. Thanks again..............and it ain't over until it's over. I think Yogi Berra said that one.

I just want to wish you the best of luck on your journey and for your surgery. Thank you for helping out the pool world by going on the road and teaching. Keep up the good work and I hope you have a fast recovery.

Brass Ring madison Wi all day long.......

Got a full day of lessons.

Anyone that wants to come watch can. Learn what you can and see why some shots just don't look right no matter what you do.

Nice place and they got some real big TVs so you can watch the basketball game.

So ya all there.
