Performance Anxiety

You just got to realize you have your on days and your off days.. that's all there is to it.

The real trick is to enjoy it regardless of which day your on.

It helps to have a technique for relaxing to.
 
I had the very same issue when beginning league play for the first time. But once I got used to how things worked, the environment and the people, and made some screw-ups in front of my teammates, the anxiety largely went away, and has only come back once since then.

Playing in a tournament in which I was probably the worst player there, and there was consequently absolutely no expectations on me whatsoever, also helped. Then I exceeded my usual standard.
