I was curious about a pool term, and a google search came across this name. (there's even a short thread in our archives from 2011). But I didn't find much info about the man. There's no Wikipedia article or anything - just a few lines here and there that the stick was named after him. Other than an ezine story and an old thread from here- there just doesn't seem to be any pictures or even much info.

Have any of you heard any stories about him from maybe a family member when you were young? I am curious about who he was an all.

EDIT: (Also a Pooldawg article - but all just mentioning the basics)

Great question. Unfortunately, I don't have the answer, but I am curious too.

It has been five years - I feel like the person(s) who can authoritatively answer this question should get a prize. :)
