Peter Vitalie pool table rubber

The rail rubber on my Peter Vatalie is begining to get hard spots in the cushions. Can anyone tell me the correct cushion for a Vatalie? Are they k66, k55, or intercontinental k66? Help please!

What size table? I have some k66 cushions that I just removed that are a week old, I removed because someone installed the wrong cushion.
