PFD TITLIST CUE more pics

Why the veneers are crazy bright

The reason the veneers are "crazy bright" on PFD titlist conversions is that they are made from unfinished titlist cues that Paul obtained from Burton Spain's estate after he passed. I have seen these unfinished cues in his shop, and they are like baseball bats before he goes to work on them. For that reason, there is plenty of wood to remove to get down to veneer that has never seen the light of day and suffered it's ill effects. The colors are absolutely brilliant. I currently have a titlist on order from Paul, and I can't wait for it to be finished.

PFD Cues

I have a Koa and curly maple cue that Paul made for me. It looks killer, absolutely killer.

It plays even better.

I will never sell that cue. (wife is going to bury me with it, I just hope she waits until I'm dead.)
