This will be my last-ditch effort to sell my cue, then it will go away. This cue is a Purple-Heart DZ sneaky pete made in 2006 and not really used as much as I should have so I'd say it's in 90% condition. The only reason I say 90% is the shaft does show little use + the ONLY 'mark' I can find on the butt is a very tiny one about MAYBE 2cm long and a little thicker than a hair in the surprisingly, nicely figured birdseye maple forearm, but I really had to look for it to find it. The joint configuration is a 3/8x10 pin just like Mcdermott uses, and the shaft has a simple black phenolic trim ring at the joint. There is a shaft grain mark up by the ferrule but it's said to just be 'the dark grain of the shaft' as I was told. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better condition 'used' cue (that has NOT been refinished) from 2006!! I'm including my JP's which cost me an additional $50 back then, and they are in good condition also but 1 of them has a scratch on the top in the clear-coat. I have no scale or calipers but I'm sure it's right around 19oz, and the shaft should be 12.75mm. If I AM a little off, it's not really noticeable by me. The 'bad part' which has kept this cue from selling here is the fact that it has "J. Duke" under the finish on the 'Hoppe ring', BUT this cue is in very good condition so I see no point to have it refinished. This cue has been well taken care of for sure, and my I-trader says I'm an honest seller - check it out!
