phenolic tip installation

What would be a fair price to have a phenolic tip installed? Is there any differance between the black or brown phenolic material?

What do you think is the pros/cons with a phenolic tip vs. phenolic tip/ferrule combo?

I, also charge 20.00 for a phenolic tip although I would rather put on a phenolic ferrule instead. I guarantee all of my tip jobs for the life of the tip and it's hard to keep a phenolic tip on as they are breaking hard and miscueing a lot plus they seldom wear out. I charge 30.00 for a phenolic break/jump ferrule and don't have to worry about it coming off.
