Phenolic tips at reasonable prices?

Does anyone know of a good source for phenolic tips at reasonable prices?
I don't have the requisite machinery to cut my own from phenolic rod stock, and I can't see paying $10 or more for phenolics when I can (with a few exceptions) get quality layered tips for less.

I bought a bunch from Frank's Center at the '05 billiards expo at $2 each but I've just installed the last one I had. Don't get me wrong I don't mind paying a fair price but $10 is, IMO, ridiculous.

TIA,

Prather has them listed in their new catalog...Lily canvas tips for jump/break cues...$7 each...or buy 12 and drop the price to $5. They are flat backed unstemmed variety though...good luck getting them to stay on. JB ColdWeld Kwik will work best. If you are not going to make your own, $10 apiece for the one piece tip/ferrule combo is not a bad price since they come domed, drilled, threaded, and faced off.

Talisman sells them and Joe Piccone in Fl. sell them much cheaper than what you are quoting. If you don't have the equipment to cut them then how are you going to install them? I make my own ferrule/tip combinations and have about quarter tied up in one and at most two minutes in time to make.

I don't know what's the problem with the tips coming off, I never had a problem with just using CA glue...
