I'm going to be in Phila for a few days next month. Any suggestions on places to play? Downtown would be preferable, but I'll have a car so the burbs would work if necessary. Thanks.

When I was in Philadelphia, I played at the old location of Pete Fusco's poolhall...from what I understand, his new location is the place to play. It is sort of in the burbs (in Feasterville?). I don't have the new address, but I am sure that someone on this forum can give you directions.

Hey there,
The best room in the suburbs is Drexeline Billiard Club in Drexel
Hill , its located at Township line rd. and State rd.
Its down behind the main row of stores up front.
Theres a teusday night 9ball tourney, which starts at 7:00 pm
the place opens at 9:00 am everyday, about 15-20 g/crowns
2 - caroms tables and a couple 8ft g/c
I go every sunday morning lots of 14.1 and 1p action before
the kids start filling the place up
All and all a very nice place !

There's Tacony Billiards on Keystone and Robbins in the Northeast and Petey Fusco's beautiful new room in Trevose PA on Bristol Road.
