phone app needed

is there a phone app that I could keep sets recorded with names and dates? Im wanting to track my playing for a year and have not found any thing like this. Ideally it would have opponent, score, date, wager, and spot. Ive looked at alot of differnt apps but found nothing close. Any Ideas?

You could use the notes utility already installed

I do this with a spreadsheet app, like RobMan says.

There are spread sheet apps out there you could use. You just create your own columns.
