We have fired up the machine and we have 2 four ft foot dovetails, in which we are very pleased on how they turned out. We mounted the first dovetail to the lathe and have tested it and it works great. Makes a more sold and smooth operation. These dovetails now will be standard equipment on our new lathes. They also will be for sale to replace existing alum beds or for building new machines or fixtures. I know I get alot of criticism for not posting pricing but i am still trying to figure pricing for these, as far as materials labor and time. I promise I will make these as affordable as I can. Please be patient and give me a day or two. We definatly will have new lathes ready to go for the hopkins show and also 4 ft steel dovetail sections for sale there too
