Hey everyone,

So i just sold my pool table and now i'm thinking about getting a lathe to build cues on.

My budget will be 2k-3k tops!

I've been looking on Craigslist trying to find a used metal lathe but there is nothing around here.

I hear a metal lathe is the way to go, but the grizzly seems to be around 4k and that is without any tooling.

Should i try one of the small tag style lathes for building cues? I know there are several people on AZ who sell them.

Opinions welcome!

If you have a lathe for sale let me know too.

thanks,

be patient grasshopper a lathe will come.

go metal lathe.

a 12x36 enco just sold for 950 locally before i could snatch it.

get a metal lathe 14x40 if you can, rear chuck and deco cues taper bar setup, router and some tooling and your in like flint.

GOOD LUCK

Sent you a pm Craig.
