i still have 2 original Hoppe Professionals, with excellent decals.

Have you noticed a difference in the Hoppe signature between the 1-piece and 2-piece cues? So far, all the signature images I've found conform to the following: left is a 1-piece signature and right is a 2-piece signature. Very obvious differences.

Now there is a Hoppe 1-piece on ebay with the signature that I had only seen on 2-pieces. What's up with the other signature? Anyone else noticed this?

i think the signature is "era" related. i know the adams one is different..

i have a look out and post my findings..

BTW, I have only seen the sig on the left on one cue, which is a 1-piece Titlist green label. Here's a cue with the other sig, that's probably early '70s?

...more data - here are three different 1-pc Titlist Hoppe labels. The two on the left correspond to my 'different' signature. The two on the right goes with the traditional signature.
