Pics and info. on custom router jig for Porper model-B

I've had my Porper Model-B lathe since 93' and it's the 36th machine Porper built according to the serial # and after 1000's of hours of hard work, it still runs fantastic !!!

Since then improvements have been made to allow cuemaker's/cuesmith's become even more time efficient with tooling changes and set-ups as well as the excellent quality of his machine being tweaked periodically....

The original jig was very limited and could not rip woods down from turning squares and the floor/ceiling height was extremely limited as well....

So this is a new practical design that a real good friend of mine's brother made for me out of high-speed aluminum to fit the existing RYOBI laminant/trimmer router that Porper uses...

As you can see it has full adjustment capabilities and I can cut point cavities with it as well as any other position neccessary for typical cuemaking... this is ideal for anyone who has a model-B and wants to build cues COMPLETELY from scratch !

I paid 150.00 for this jig and I own it 100%, but it's NOT patented or copyrighted and I have zero legal rights to replication... Since I AM a nice guy, I will be more than happy to give you the specs. at no charge if any fellow cuesmiths/cuemakers are interested and you can have a local machinist replicate it... this modification is a must for anyone who has a model-B and serious about getting the most out it !!!

I'm asking as a personal favor to all fellow AZrs' I share this awesome jig with, to please NOT go into production and sell this jig on the market... I can't stop you but that would be very distasteful and greedy and "KARMA WILL GET YOU" !

I enjoy helping others and cannot justify selling a neccessity that didn't cost me much to begin, and it has enabled me to produce cues at a much more efficient rate and in turn rewarded me with many customers due to the quality of cues this machine as 100% built to date !
