It's a guess at best.
Without a pic, it's impossible.
I'm willing to play, I just need a little hint.
The problem is that there are so many different pin configurations and a lot of them are within a 1/2 TPI (threads per inch) to one another.
Get it wrong and whatever you are doing, won't fit.

Lay a tape measure next to it & just count the threads per inch. That is a good start. What kind of cue is it? Why do you need to know?...JER
I'm in. Any info on who the cuemaker is would help as well..
