New Pool Hall having it's first tourney on Sunday April 6th.

9-ball, on 9' tables

$20 entry + 5$ green fee

Auction begins at noon.

Double elimination, race to 6 on the top, only to 4 in the one-loss side.

Owner is talking about adding money, but has yet to disclose an amount (to me anyhow).

Not really sure if this is the best advertising venue, but we here in Pittsburg are pretty excited as we haven't had a pool hall in about 8 years.

Really nice place, just trying to help the guy out. With any luck he'll stay in business for many years to come.

open to all, 25 dollar entry fee, calcutta, owner says he is adding money to it but not sure how much, calcutta starts at noon on sunday.
 
Starting to sound like we could easily get over 40 entrants

I'm in over my head, but I'm in none the less


One guy is taking flyers to the rated Coffeyville tourney tomorrow, sometimes they get pretty good players from Tulsa, Whichita, and Bartlesville in that tourney.

Decent players from Joplin, Parsons, and Chanute have also shown interest.

I think a flyer or two has made its way to Springfield as well
