I'm gonna be in Birmingham, AL next week for my job and was wondering what poolrooms were there. May have time to knock a few around. :thumbup:

Poppa Joe's in Pelham. Just outside of B-Ham. Have fun, great people at Poppas.
 
I would definitely say Poppa's as well... The other viable option in my opinion is Bumper's the drive difference is only about 20 minutes tho depending on where you are staying.

Used to be called Pappa G's guessing maybe some guy named Joe took it over? Not been in a cpl of years. The people were great and the beer was cold... Was always someone who would play friendly sets for nothing or a little green depending on your pleasure..

Only downside is no liquor unless that changed... Was why I even listed Bumper's since it has liquor and is a little more upscale.
 
Definitely wear a shirt and pants. I don't believe the athletic cup is necessary. ;)
