Places to play in Manchester, NH?

Raxx is an absolute shit hole. Take two steps inside and you'll understand. There is a small pool room on Elm St called Manchester billiards that I drove by a few times but never saw anyone in there. They had a 7' Diamond table among others. I'm not sure how long they will be open for business though. There is also a place down by the river that used to be Jillian's but now is something like "World Sports Bar", or something similar. A bunch of 9' red tables. I hope you bring your own cue if you go there because their cues are all sticky.
If you have a vehicle I highly recommend driving down to Nashua to play at Boston Billiard Club. Great equipment, great staff, and great food. It would take you 20-25 minutes to get there depending on what part of Manchester you come from.

It has been a year since I lived in the North Boston area. But you might check to see if Cue & Cushion is still open in Hookset, NH, just north of Manchester.
