I would say go to Orlando Billiards AKA Pro Billiards to shoot and to sweat some action. I haven't been there in a while, but I heard the new owner did some changes to the place that were for the better. Plus you could go over to the club Roxy that is on the same road if you like night clubs.
There are a lot of Trickshot Billiards over there, but the prices are jacked up and the atmosphere is more like a restaurant with pool tables. Never saw any gambling go on in there.
Jimmy's as I last recalled had action almost every night but the location was well...not too good. South Orange Blossom Trail is not your friendliest neighborhood.

I DRIVE near wet and wild..
LAKE BUENA VISTA near hooters
OBT near the greenway,i beleive its in southchase shp ctr..
Very nice and clean.with an array of tables..
Worth the trip..
