Unknown maker, SW Replica w/ custom wavy joint.
If I recall right, I ordered two of these from a billiard supply store locally, they mentioned these are made in Taiwan. And I also have it custom-ordered them in "Wavy" pin. So they can fit my Mezz's LD shafts. I paid around $700 for both, I'm keeping one of them, selling the other.
This cue is features a blackwood forearm/buttsleeve with SW rings on all positions. It comes with a standard maple shaft, had them ordered in shorter ferrule for LD. There is one cosmetic flow with the B ring (just below the butt's collar). And the cue has been kept in my storage case for quite sometime, somehow the black linen wrap is slightly sticky for some reasons (not sure why), but I can change it to leather with additional cost.
Comes with 1B1S delrin joint protectors.
Specs:
Butt: 14.84oz (Threaded inside, weight bolts can be added)
Shaft: 3.80oz (12.80mm)
Condition:
Brand New, butt and shaft has a very slight minimal taper roll, together cue is straight.

(Linen wrap can be changed to leather for additional $50. Choice of cow leather, or sleek pigskin used in Gina Cues.)
