I'm trying to buy the book "Play Your Best Straight Pool" by Phil Capelle, but I can't seem to figure out who is selling the latest revision. I am reading a Kindle preview, which says,

Nearly 15 years after the initial publication of the book, I felt like it was time to give the book a light, but needed overhaul.

and it includes this info:

Publication Date: November 2015
Seventh Printing

and describes these changes:

Amazon has a 2001version with this cover picture:

And pooldawg is selling a version that looks like this:

Does anyone know where I can buy the latest version and what it looks like?
