Player Year-to-Date Rankings

Howdy people,

Sarah I just noticed your position in the WPBA websites "Player Year-to-Date Rankings", and may I just say,........."GADZOOKS!!!"
I'm very impressed.
They have you at #6, with a nice little bundle o' dough, and I noticed you had a sponsor. I didn't think you had one.
Gigantic props to you Sarah. You've been having a great year and I hope it continues.
Alas, I probably won't make it to Vegas, so I will now just wish you good luck in your matches. Keep your eye on the prize.

Now here's my little helpful hint to you:
From now on when you break, try hitting the 9 ball into a pocket. Any pocket. I know it sounds crazy,....but it just might work!

Ooh, one more thing. I see on the WPBA website that the Viejas Tournament will air ESPN2, May 11th. Are they usually pretty accurate in their dates or might it change by then.

I like that year to date ranking...I wish it was the real ranking but I guess I have plenty of time to worry about getting there or past there.

Thank you, I need all the luck I can get and since you aren't going to make it I'm glad you could at least wish me the luck that I had while you were watching at Viejas.

What a genius idea...the 9ball towards a pocket on the break. I will have to try that. I wish it could happen more often

It is kind of hard to tell if the dates will be accurate. Most of the time they are as long as something more "important" comes up. You can check the ESPN website within a week of the date to make sure it will still be showing at that time.

Have you been practicing? Or did you learn everything you need to know from watching us all play at Viejas?
