The playing surface of the carom table (3-cushion) table should be 4.5ft x 9ft (from rubber to rubber). Is it correct?

I ordered the 9ft table and it comes in as 4ft 1.5" (about 4" short to make 4.5ft) for the width and the length is 8ft 4" (about 8" short to make it 9ft).

thanks.

Playing surface is measured from cushion to opposite cushion. A 9 foot table has a 50" x 100" playing surface. Looks like your length is correct at 100" and if you remeasure the width you'll see that extra half inch to make it 50".

Have fun with the table, it's a great game!

Most Carom Tables (AKA Billiard Tables) are 5' x 10' in size. The good ones are heated.

Uh...standard length for three cushion tables has been ten feet for quite a while now. You can convert smaller tables for carom play but I've mostly seen that at Korean or Vietnamese pool halls where even 7 or 8 foot tables are used for carom games.

If you plan on competing in any kind of three cushion events, you'll need to adjust to the big tables on a lot of shots.

Somewhat related, if you have the larger billiard table, can diamond systems apply to a pool table as well? They have the same number of diamonds, right (with a middle diamond instead of the side pocket)?

The reason I ask is that in one of his articles Bob Jewett mentioned looking at Byrne for more info on diamond systems, which is in the 3-C section of the book (I don't think Byrne ever mentions the size of the table).

The exact measurement of the table is 49.5" x 99.5" from cushion to cushion instead of 50" x 100". I think it is okay. :)

The table is not ready yet.
When I ordered the table 4 weeks ago, they said it will be ready next week.
Next week, they said not ready, give them another week.
Then another week went by, they said the rail is not perfect, give them another week.
Then 4th week comes, they bring the table to the house...then the cloth is not 9ft long. They will come back next week. This is a horrible experience ever. I ordered it right here at Craftmasterpooltable. It is a worst experiences from the cues to balls, I will not reccommend it to any one.

Question. when you order the table, do you paid 100% or paid 50% then pay remaining after installed? I paid 100% when ordered..... I think when I paid 100% up front, then they delay my table until a month later

The playing surface for a standard full-size billiard table, from rail groove to rail groove, is 56" by 112" (or 1.42m by 2.84m). The diamonds should be 14" apart.
