I recently cut out all caffeine, including coffee, for blood-pressure reasons.

My game seems to have improved significantly. Has anyone experienced this? Any opinions or ideas?

Absolutely. Cut out sugar and switch to water, eat light and start to exercise. Approaching the table with a clear head and a good amount of rest almost makes you want to play defense. It sorta gives you a different perspective.
....or you might want to try 20 mg of Lisinopril daily

I play pool at night, when I switch from coffee to beer. Seems to work for me.

I never drank coffee I drank diet soda. At a point it was like I was playing under strobe lights, I was even shacking. I cut it out completely, now I pretty much just drink water or maybe some diluted fruit juice, period.

I think my problem was the Nutrisweet. From what I have read that is one of the reactions people have. The symptoms by the way went away in like days of getting off it.

I spent two nights at Cleveland Clinic, I thought I was having a heart attack. That was a few years ago and I have not had any thing happen since.
